Information Ez is a reading site, not a data business. You can browse almost everything here without giving us anything at all. The small amount of information we do handle exists only to run the site, answer your messages and understand - in aggregate - which restaurants people find useful. We designed things that way on purpose.

If you subscribe to the weekly digest, we store the email address you provide. And like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical data such as browser type and approximate region, which helps us keep the site secure and working.
